Prevention and Prohibition of Harassment
We do not tolerate moral or sexual harassment or any form of violence, ensuring respect, dignity, and well-being for all.

Sale of Goods
The sale of products within company premises is prohibited to maintain focus, productivity, and an organized work environment.

Workplace Safety
We prioritize health and safety, requiring the proper use of PPE and strict compliance with safety regulations.

Use of Cadre’s Assets and Resources
Company resources must be used responsibly and exclusively for professional purposes.

Public Statements
Any communication on behalf of the company must be authorized, preserving its image and ensuring reliable information.

Conflict of Interest Prevention
Decisions must be made impartially, avoiding personal interests that could impact the company.

Gifts, Invitations, and Hospitality
These are only permitted when they do not influence decisions and comply with ethical standards, transparency, and internal approval policies.

Donations, Sponsorships, and Political Contributions
These are assessed responsibly and transparently. Support for political campaigns is strictly prohibited.

Fair Competition
We operate ethically and respect free competition, avoiding practices that harm the market.

Speak-Up Channel
Cadre Engineering provides a Whistleblowing Channel so you can report, in good faith, any suspected or confirmed violations of the law or Cadre’s Code of Conduct.
All reports will be investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken by Cadre Engineering. We do not tolerate retaliation against individuals who report in good faith. Their identity is protected, and all investigations are conducted confidentially.
